A woderful Day
In the Name of Allah the Merciful the Mercy Giving.
Happy Wonderful Jumah
yesterday was a beautiful day and today is a wonderful day Hope all you June 3rd Gemini's had a happy b day La Gayla and Allen Something just seems to happy to a Mother when her daughter turns 16, and Dorothy you do have a GOOD GIRL. and so does Vildred you have a GOOD SON. Thank God. Allen is the hardest working man on Facebook.
Today I speak about Something new and what happened when I tried it. Garlic to draw boils what it did was burn me, I'm not sure if it drew anything but it does itch and draws easy, it didn't Hurt too bad now I have to go visit a Medical DR. cause while the lump sticking out in the center of my chest does not bother me a lot it just appeared one day, It does not seem to be coming to a head. God Willing its nothing but a carbuncle just the same off to see the Holistic health Dr. Sara.

It's time for me to take a active part in my Good Health - "Who are the Learned ? Those who practice what they know. With the help of the most high, His Natural remedies, some special people who know them and others (Good Resources), So I Must begin to Heal myself. My Father used to tell me when i was little " Those Boils you get - Is God eliminating the poison from your body. I might of been about 6 or 7 I had a boil under my arm the size of a lemon, Allah places nothing on you, that you cannot bear, My mother used various home remedies to bring the boils to a head, get out what she called the "core" and all the bad blood. And even that was for me an adventure that I have wrote about. LOL. Now gonna try Reflexology - Some Benefits - " It has been used to treat a number of common ailments including back pain, digestive problems, migraine, menstrual problems, sinus problems and general stress and tension. I remember the first time I was introduced to reflexology - It does eliminate Stress." It has been use for more serious ailments such as heart disorders and multiple sclerosis. It is also thought that a reflexologist can sometimes detect an impending illness and give preventive treatment, It appropriate, or advise the patient to see a specialist. For any further information on the subject, I get my information from two sources, Survival into the 21st Century and Natural Healing. Check them out.

Have a palm tree planted for you in Paradise Then Say Subhana Allah wa Bihamdih ONCE How perfect and wonderful Allah is and ALL Praise to Him.

Last Days of MAY 6 months in and it's getting better I wanna say. Today is a wonderful day - and some times things start going bad. Start a Good Habit Gotta keep it up - what did I forget, what am i forgetting? I was forgetting this good habit I'd started and when only Satan could make me forget (I forgot) I had to ask myself what am I forgetting that things are not lining up, was forgetting to give like my life depended on it, got alright with just putting (a penny in a jar) not good, gotta give live you life depends on it and most of the time people don't need money some do but many don't . I NEED HELP, Allah is my unfailing supply, everything that I need to serve his creation, will come to me quickly with grace and in a perfect way. Many may not know this but I am a Advocate for people who have disabilities, so Allah First, Such Pure Hearts and Fragile feelings and Great Ability

What is Durud Sharif - I write this today because I realize that many people don't know what Durud Shafif is: Thus with the Help of the Most High and God Willing some good source information - DURUD SHARIF "Durud Sharif (Salawat) "Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O You that believe! Send you blessing on him, and salute him with all respect. [The Holy Quran 33-56] Divine blessings on Holy Prophet Muhammad of Islam is the highest and the most meritorious act in Muslim religion. It is called "Durud Sharif" (Salawat) Durud means blessings and Sharif means with respect. It is the invocation of Allah's blessings on Prophet Muhammad just in the manner of Salutations on him. This is a sure means of conferment of Almighty's blessings, peace, prosperity and favors of great magnitude on one who recites Durud Sharif on the Prophet, The Reciter of Durud Sharif receives all benefits in this world, and maximum gain int the next World, plus love of the Holy Prophet.
The invocation of blessisngs on the Prophet (AS) is styled in Arabic as "Salawat" in Persian as "Durud" and in Urdu as Salawatu-Salam.
The regular recitation of Durud Sharif on the Prophet (AS) lifts up our hearts to a plane of comprehension where we gaze in our new found peace and moral armour.
The reciter of Durud will after some time come to realize by himself that it is the spontaneous outpouring of his heart before the Great Prophet (AS)of Islam, whose love and attachment is needed to get all the present day problems solved and mercy in the next World. The higher the number of Durud Sharif we recite higher the gain and benefit is achieved in both the worlds. A Muslim wants only this, that his both the world should be bright for him. The special and exclusive aspect of this prayer is that it (Durud Sharif) is immediately accepted by Allah. No one can doubt its acceptance as the same thing is being done by Allah too. Not only this but he has revealed this secret in the Holy Qur'an by saying that: "And raised high the esteem (in which) you (are held) Holy Qur'an 94-4

A poem
I should write it all down so out youth will know, that the things we endured were not just for show.
That the Struggle we had we were lynched and such, many took their own life for them it was too much.
the atrocities of Slavery , in the United States was more than servitude it was filled with white hate.
Some things we went through cause the color of our skin, the thing they dreamed up against God was a sin
Brought a strong and mighty people to a animal state, because of this treatment, we only have self hate.
forgotten how to love, taught the wrong was right, taught it was alright to do what ever, it was just our plight.
We were not considered human just called stock or grain, sold off like chattel over and over again.
This a part of your story, keep it on your brain, so you don't go thinking you might be insane.
Don't forget this story, cause not much has changed, Other ways now they do it, it's not really strange.
They will hang your black ass from the nearest poplar tree, so don't go thinking you ass is free,
see freedom ain't' free Malcolm paid with his life nothing has changed except the president and his wife.
He is hated by white American people just cause he is black he has helped more of them and that's just a fact.
As they benefit from his actions and get all that they can, they still don't even think of him as a Man.

Looking always to see the best in all, finding many days me up against a wall.
Even when I do, I'll try to tear it down, or try some other way to get around
A Lover of Love a beacon of Light, Trying to keep the good within my sight.
The Good in All, God put it there, blocking out the dirt and the term "DON'T CARE.
I am a lover of love a keeper of Peace (a piece), Who sometimes find myself under someones feet.

Today a wonderful day
Today we were invited to visit the Universal Church, it was quite different for me something i never experienced before. We were invited to do our chant there were several people there doing their chants some were quite beautiful and relaxing also. On the way home we had quite the conversation.

Getting Fit Mental
Getting Fit is More than just Physical You also have to get your mind strong. In my case I got my mind strong first because my physical illness led me to it. And Sisters don't believe anybody who suggest you dead by saying you have some incurable dis Ease The Devil is a Liar. My Journey to my physical health brought me to that conclusion.
